By accessing or using HyperX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

HyperX provides the following services for the Hyperliquid ecosystem:

Trading analytics including smart money tracking, wallet analysis, and market intelligence.
Copy trading tools that allow users to replicate the trading strategies of other wallets on Hyperliquid.
Wallet monitoring, discovery, and alert systems.
Market analysis dashboards and trader performance insights.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Leveraged trading is extremely risky. Trading perpetual futures and other leveraged instruments can result in the complete loss of your funds. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
HyperX does not provide financial advice. All information, analytics, and data displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to trade.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical trading data, profit/loss figures, and performance metrics shown on the Platform reflect past activity and are not indicative of future outcomes.
Copy trading carries significant risk. Copying another trader's positions does not guarantee profits. Market conditions, slippage, timing differences, and liquidity can cause your results to differ materially from the copied trader's performance.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. HyperX is a tool that provides data and execution capabilities. All trading decisions and their consequences are your sole responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet connections.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or security measures.
You agree not to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means without prior written consent.
You are responsible for complying with all tax obligations arising from your trading activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and proprietary algorithms on the Platform are the intellectual property of HyperX. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without explicit written permission. The HyperX name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of HyperX.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperX and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HyperX does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or the reliability of any analytics or trading signals.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or our official communication channels. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
